 It was the middle of winter, and stormy, and cold, yet me and my admirable model went out into the weather to take some photos.... it was our Lady of Winter after all. Our Lady of Winter is Amanda, a farmers wife, a Mother, and a very lovely person. The cloaks and dress were from Victoria Grove Costume hire. The makeup done by Danielle Sutton. The Hairstyle with headband, which braved the odds for our water photos, were done by Jessica Caulfield from Kulture Shock. Here are the highlights:

'stormy and cold' does not explain the severity of the weather that day! only a few days after the snow it was freezing, wet, blustery and bitter. I am surprised the photos are not blurred from my shivering! but I was not alone out there for I was not the only winter maiden that day, you were too, although I do recall you wearing a reasonable amount of woollens! Joni your photography is amazing, your patience is admirable and your imagination is inspiring.
