Boy Adventures by the Knobbly Tree

There is a knobly tree in the reserve by our house.  I would have lived in it as a girl!  There was hardly  any cobwebs, and some of the root system was above ground creating these fantastic hollows young folk could sit and play tree forts in.

Introducing Abner and Jacob.  Two adventurous souls whose little faces and expressions epitomised  old school, nostalgic playtime.
