We were really spoilt with Greg and Annie's Wedding at Peppers on the Point. Greg and Annie gave us a generous amount of time to photograph their wedding portraits, so we were able to really explore and photograph all that Peppers has to offer.
THE BOYS - Nadine Steele was my second shooter for the day, and she got shots of the lads getting ready.

I think I got the easier task of getting photos of the girls getting ready. I love all the mirrors Peppers have about the place. Also our beauty shoots hairdresser, Jessica Caulfield, was the hairstylist for the day!
Annie had two sets of shoes, the ceremony and reception heels and the hot pink sneakers, a good idea for the walking we were about to do for the wedding portraits.
The wedding chapel at Peppers has a full window front, so the lake is the backdrop to the wedding ceremony. There is also a balcony where Nadine took the wide angle lens up for a play.
I went onto the mother of the bride's room balcony to get the guest shot, and then family pics which included a photo bombing from the celebrant and friends of the family.
The Various Photo Locations at Peppers on the Point
Annie put on her walking shoes and it was off for the wedding portraits! Click on the photos in the gallery to see the full view and where they were taken.
We even had time to have a balcony break in the bridal suite before heading down to the reception.
The reception area
We didn't stay for the reception, but we got photos of the setup and cake!
Emails are handy and fast, but I love things I can touch and treasure.

I'm very excited to introduce our new beauty shoots.
Here is the web page all about it: http://www.calicojo.co.nz/beauty-shoots.html
I am working with the talented hairstylist, Jessica Caulfield, and Makeup artist, Danielle Sutton. We are offering a special combined price of $350 for the whole package.
These shoots celebrate women and beauty and photography as an artform.
They are for women of any age and any body shape.
Done around the stunning locations New Zealand has to offer.
The woman will become our muse.
Below is the beauty shoot with Brooke. The inspiration for this shoot was firstly her name, 'Brooke' and then that followed on with 'The Water Babies' book by Charles Kingsley as Brooke is a beautiful Mummy too.
Would love to photograph your beauty story!!
Thanks to all who posed for me over the GLO festival!!
I really enjoyed the music and the fireworks at the festival, so here are some pics I took of those.

Photos of Whenua Patuwai
I'm now a new fan of Tom Batchelor. I really enjoyed his music, so much so, I was listening more than taking photos.
Photos of Strangely Arousing
The local lads of Strangely Arousing also put on a good show.
The Rotorua local acts were all good. Here are some pics from Party in the Park and The Big Brunch.
