A Trip into Auckland Museum

Popped in to see the National Geographic Photo Exhibition and found out you are allowed to take photos inside the museum.  Had a great time.  

I'm always a little suspicious of concrete statues after watching a Dr Who episode called 'Blink'. Don't judge me! You watch it, you'll feel the same... Creepy concrete statues.

Liked the way the reflections mingled with the busy photo.

LOL, caught Joey's reflection with a model of a Pompeii mud mummy.

Real Gheckos, they also had live spiders, locusts and coakroaches... blurk.. I took photos, but they made me feel icky looking at them.... ewww!!

Beautiful building, lovely surroundings, well worth a visit.... and take your camera!
